Glatt Kosher Fare With A Gourmet Flair
We take the supervision of Glatt Kosher Cholov Yisroel cuisine as seriously as you do.
All of our Glatt Kosher, Cholov Yisroel gourmet cuisine is prepared under the strict supervision of one of our Rabbis and team of Mashgichim.
Every meal is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations by the culinary teams on board. Menus are designed by both a cruise line chef and Koshercruises.com staff, with close attention to Kosher standards and the palate appeal of our guests. This winning collaboration means you enjoy only the finest dining experience, with most meals served in the main dining room on fine china and white linens. When you sail with Koshercruises.com, you never feel like an outcast unwrapping a frozen meal. By contrast, you travel and dine in true luxury.

Glatt Kosher Supervision We're Proud Of
Koshercruises.com uses independent supervision by highly respected Rabbanim and Kashrut agencies. All of our food is Glatt Kosher and Cholov Yisroel.

London Beth Din (LBD)*
The London Beth Din Court of the Chief Rabbi, founded over 150 years ago, is one of the largest, most respected Kashrut agencies in the world today, and a leading authority on Kosher food and Jewish law. Over 700 companies in 45 countries hold Kosher certification from the London Beth Din Kashrut Division (LBD), including several international brands and many of the world’s leading flavor and fragrance houses, pharmaceutical producers and biotechnology companies.
The LBD is a non-profit agency dedicated to fulfilling the requirements of food manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and, most importantly, Kosher consumers world wide. Their historic links with Australia, Malaysia, India and other Commonwealth countries, together with the shrinking of distances and globalization of world markets, have resulted in the LBD becoming one of the major forces in international Kosher certification. The LBD seal of approval is recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and all the major Kosher organizations in the world. The LDB enjoys a close working relationship with the leading Rabbinical agencies in the USA and throughout Europe and Israel.
